In order for your motif to be printed cleanly, the file should be created in as good a quality as possible.

It is especially important that the file is sharp, cleanly masked, and free of unwanted borders. The better the print data is prepared, the more reliably the desired result can be achieved.
For screen printing, a vector file is generally always the better choice and depending on the motif, it is also necessary. This is especially true for motifs with clear color areas, defined color separation, or production-related printing standards.
Pixel files can also be sufficient depending on the motif, but they must be checked on a case-by-case basis. If a motif is to be printed in a color-binding and technically clean manner in screen printing, a vector file is usually the safest solution.
For digital textile printing, high-resolution PNG files are often the best choice. For screen printing, vector files are particularly suitable or necessary depending on the motif.
What matters is not only the format, but also the quality of the file. Blurry, too small, or poorly extracted motifs lead to problems more often than the file extension itself.
If a file is not technically suitable for the chosen printing method, the design may not be produced as desired. Depending on the case, there may be follow-up questions, a need for adjustments, or visible loss of quality. Therefore, it is advisable to prepare print data as cleanly and sufficiently large as possible.
Yes, starting from 50 pieces we offer a free motif check. This allows you to check in advance whether your motif is generally suitable for the desired implementation.
With screen printing, you will also receive a free visualization as a PDF via email.
For smaller order quantities, a separate motif check usually does not take place. The preview in the designer already helps you to check the placement and effect of your motif on the product.

No, printing on customer-owned products is not provided for. We work with a selected range that is tailored to refinement, quality, and production processes.

Pflege und Qualität
We produce using professional methods on an industrial scale. Depending on the product, motif, and edition, the appropriate method is chosen to achieve clean results, good durability, and a high-quality effect.
Professional production standards are used, not simple copy shop transfer solutions.
To keep prints and textiles looking nice for as long as possible, we recommend:
- wash inside out
- wash at a low temperature, usually 30 degrees
- do not put in the dryer
- do not iron directly over the print
- do not use aggressive bleaching agents
